My Profit

Hello all. I seem to just blog on Sundays. I should do it more, but hey, I like stuff to write about. I am literally counting down the days to graduation. Ok, not literally, but kind of? I don't know. Thursday we had a shindig. There were Pros and Cons of course. Um big Pro, I was broke and made 56 dollars. It was the most joyous thing ever. I still have a lot of it left. It goes to the Road Trip! Wooooo. But it was a good time. No cops, which is always good. Random people showed up again. I have NO-o-O-o-O idea how randoms find out, but they do. The thing I needed to start doing from last week I am working on. Thursday was sort of a downer, but then I watched Scrubs. "Nothing you ever really want in this world is ever easy." Have I ever commented on Scrubs? I am John Dorian. I am the wacky, weird funny guy that I feel I will ever grow up. The show has real problems, real situations, and great moments. If you don't want this show, you are a communist. Is that still threatening? Friday I worked, and it sucked. Everyone got sent home early but me. I usually have the usual crew to hang with, but alas. Friday was Katie's bday at ComedyCity. It took Forever to decide where to go, but we chose Harry and the Hipsters. If you have never been there, it is a pretty fun part on West Green Bay. They play ALL oldies, which is fucking amazing. Also, the bartenders there, the girls anyways, wear next to nothing. Me and Matt W literally saw a uterus. Anyways, Katie had gift bags for her bday. It consisted of a little bottle of booze, some smartees, a balloon, glowstick, etc. Me and Ken decided to take all the booze bottles. I ended up with 5, and it was glorious. My favorite moment? Me, Matt and Ken were standing there, explaining to Matt our game. It hits 30 seconds later, as he rushes to his box to realize it was gone. Who did it? He never knew. It was me. Cut to saturday. Worked again. Blew! We had a show on Saturday. Had a show. Wasn't too bad. First show was me Mike and Julie. Good times. The 9:30 didn't go as well, and I still don't know why. We did shakespeare, which I thought was funny. Jon kept stabbing people, but that is just usual. Afterwards I had planned to watch a horror movie. EVeryone was into it...and then it started. We decide Texas Chainsaw, the original. Not my choice, but "everyone" wanted it. It ended up me and Jared and Mike watching, everyone else talking outside. That sucked, because I have only watched one, yes ONE, horror movie this month. I must increase that. Anyone wanna see Saw III? Looks amazing. So worked tonight. Had to take Eastbay calls. We take orders when we are slow and they are busy. To compare MSC to Eastbay- say you are a principal at a school. You walk in and say: Hey, they fired too many janitors, you gotta clean up shit today. Ya, seriously that is it. But ya, another week. Next week I am takin a road trip to Purdue/Miami of Ohio. That blog should be a good time. Alrighty, see ya latas. Keep it crazy

My Recollection

Yo. So this weekend was full of shows. I refed the 7:30 show on Friday, and it was a good time. There were little kids in the audience and it had potential to be a complete meltdown, but it wasn't. That was the 9:30 show. The 9:30 show started fine. But, me, Jon, and Tony got stage directions. It was fine, but the play we read from was an alien one. Ken couldn't find anything, but he said the Alien Enters. Ok, rewind. The scene before was Movie Experts, and Garth got CAT for an acronymn. So it was built up, but Garth blew the whistle before it. So Ken read it, and Tessie wrote Chaulking a Tub. So for our suggestion for SD, it was chaulk. You can imagine what it sounds like, so it was a 4 minute dick joke. I, of course, took it over the line. "We are from Neptune. Pluto has cockblocked us from chaulk and so on." So then there was Replay. It was fine, but full of weird laughing and a little boy. So after the scene, Ken yelled What the hell was that! hilarious. It was a downward spiral from there. But, the audience loved it apparently, we got a remote out of it. The funniest part was during SPelling Bee Mike put down the screen because it was going so bad. Classic! Saturday was much better. Great cast, good times, loved it. We went to Nikki's afterwards, a bar, and it's fun. I liked it, went downtown for a while. Went to HIpCats. I am past the point of hating that place and loving all the creepy people. Why can't the 56 take back the creepos! Damn drinking laws. I also realized I need a queen size bed. The past two weekends I have shared a bed with friends, yes they were girls, and I have been uncomfortable. It's much different when you are with someone, but the no contact sleeping sucks. Especially since everyone, I mean everyone, is a cover hog. I am laying here freezing while they are comfortable. Also, how come every girl likes the right side of the bed? Seriously, I have shared a bed with one, yes one girl who liked the left side. I like the right side! But it is ladies first. I am just saying observe, you girls might even catch yourself! I am just saying, watch... Today I went to Ken's to watch the Packer game. Don't get me started, they just suck. I have decided that going to the library on Sundays is my new routine, I get the most accomplished. Also, I need to start dating! It doesnt bother me that I am not, I am fine. I just need to see he new movies because no one else will go. I wanna see the new Jackass, Texas Chainsaw, Saw 3, The Departed. It would all be possible with at least a date. I must work on this.... Also! I watched United 93 tonight. You need to see this if you havent. Emotional, great, fantastic. The directing is perfect. I got emotional, not gonna lie. That's all. Ok done.

My Wedding Weekend

Hey all. I didn't know about posting a lot, but apparantely this is where Matt Anderson gets his news, so hooray! He will be back in February folks, a month early. Booyah! Anyways, this weekend was Butcher's wedding. On Thursday, we went to a jersey party. Good times, didn't technically have a jersey, but a t-shirt with a name and number on it. Good times though. Friday 064 came up for ComedyCity. The crowd consisted of my friends, and bout 6 randoms. It was a good time, Jason was an audience volunteer, and it was a really good show. Dan, Craig and Marc came up from Milwaukee to face Green Bay. They won both shows, those bastards. They had a hilarious Day in the Life about a girl breaking her back and leg from a horse. Good times. We played Town Meeting, and as usual, failed miserably. It is where we all go out into the crowd and have a debate. It doesn't work, it slows the show down, and I hate it. But the rest of the show was awesome, so go gadget good show! We also did Object Freeze, which I sucked balls at, but it was my first time so whatever, ya learn and learn and learn.. We went out and played Wheel of Fortune on N64 until 3 am. The wedding was great. Nice wedding, they did the vows a little weird and the priest wasn't the best, but it was still nice. We took a break, where we frantically looked for an ATM, wedding cards, and to find a gift. We did, it was good times. We had some Sparks and went to the dinner. Dinner was good, but I was alreayd buzzed when the food came. Something bad happened right at the end, but I don't really want to publish, it's bad taste. The thing about the wedding that Sucked though was the DJ. Sure, he was great with the kids, but he sucked in general. Me and Lee went up to him for example: Do you have Styx? No Journey? No Asia? No. Bon Jovi? No. REO? Perhaps. Excuse me?! Are you trying to tell me you have no popular dancing or singing songs of the 80's? Ya know what happened when they played Journey and Asia at Mojos on Friday night? The place went friggin nuts. It was ridiculous. But hey, I guess it was alright. After all, he did have Cotton Eyed Joe. Douche. Butcher promised me they would have Asia, so I was very sad. A little too much country I think. School blows, let me tell ya. I honestly don't have time for anything. I will probably be missing the Packer game for class, then tomorrow I planned on renting a movie so I can actually produce a good review for the paper, and i have to instead be a dealer at Casino night for Channel 20. But everyone is busy, that is life. I guess the thing I learned is that don't not expect surprises. I had a conversation at the wedding that threw me for a loop that I am still not over. Surprises never stop, and I guess we are foolish we think they will. (sappy music plays).
